Refund & Returns Policy

Because most Line Dance University apparel is made to order, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for sizing errors or buyer’s remorse. Please review sizing charts carefully before purchasing.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery at:
customerservice@linedanceuniversity.store

Include:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos of the issue
  • Description of the concern

If approved, we will replace the item at no additional cost.

Incorrect Items

If you receive the wrong item, notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will review and correct the issue promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Custom or personalized items
  • Digital products
  • Items ordered in incorrect size
  • Orders marked as final sale

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders may only be modified or canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After production begins, changes cannot be made.
