Name Customization - $10 Per Garment

Make it yours! Add your name to any eligible Line Dance University apparel item for $10 per garment.

IMPORTANT — PLEASE READ

Name customization is $10 for EACH garment you want personalized.

If you are ordering more than one item and want a name added to each item, you must increase the quantity of this Name Customization product to match the number of garments being personalized.

Example:

• 1 personalized shirt = 1 Name Customization ($10)

• 2 personalized shirts = 2 Name Customizations ($20)

• 3 personalized shirts = 3 Name Customizations ($30)

Enter the name exactly as you would like it to appear on your garment in the customization box below.

Ordering multiple personalized items? If the names are different, enter each name and the garment it belongs to (for example: “Route XL Tee — Spin / Red L Homecoming Tee — Shayron”).

Please double-check spelling before submitting your order. Names will be produced exactly as entered.

Please note: Adding multiple garments to your order does not automatically increase the quantity of Name Customization. Be sure to add one customization for each garment you want personalized.
